Refund policy

Short version: because this is an instant digital download, sales are final once you've downloaded. If something's wrong with the files, I'll fix it.

Who processes your purchase

Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as the official reseller (merchant of record) for this product. Stripe handles sales tax and VAT, and refunds are issued through Stripe.

When you can get a refund

• You haven't downloaded yet: email me within 14 days of buying and I'll refund you, no questions asked.
• Faulty or broken files: tell me what's wrong. I'll send working files, and if I can't fix it, you'll get your money back.
• Double purchase by mistake: I'll refund the extra one.

When you can't

Once the pack has been downloaded, there are no refunds for change of mind, since a download can't be returned. Please listen to the previews before buying.

EU and UK buyers

For digital content, your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download starts with your consent. At checkout you confirm that you agree to this.

How to ask

Email info@customperc.com with the email address you bought with. I usually reply within a day or two.
