Privacy policy

Short version: I only collect what's needed to sell you the pack and to understand whether this page works. I don't sell your data.

Who I am

This site is run by Marc Juenger, doing business as Custom PERC, in Los Angeles, California. Contact: info@customperc.com.

What I collect, and why

• When you buy: your name, email address, country and billing details are collected by Stripe at checkout. I see your name, email and country so I can deliver your download and help you. I never see your full card number.
• Download emails: your email address is used to send your download link, through the email service Resend.
• Visits and ads: this site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure visits, plays, checkouts and purchases, and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. For purchases, your email is sent to Meta in scrambled (hashed) form so it can be matched. The pixel uses cookies.
• Hosting: the site runs on Vercel, which keeps standard technical logs (like IP address and browser) for security and reliability.

What I don't do

• I don't sell or rent your personal information.
• I don't add you to a newsletter unless you sign up for one.

Who else handles your data

Stripe (payments and tax), Resend (email), Meta (ads and measurement) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

How long I keep it

Purchase records are kept as long as needed for taxes, accounting and support. Delivery records are kept only as long as useful.

Your choices and rights

• You can block the Meta Pixel with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker; the site still works.
• You can ask what data I have about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing info@customperc.com. This includes your rights under California law (CCPA) and, if you're in the EU or UK, under the GDPR.

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top.
