License

Short version: use the loops in your music, as much as you want, anywhere you want. Just don't share them or sell them as loops.

Who this applies to

This license is between you (the buyer) and Marc Juenger, doing business as Custom PERC (“me”). It covers Motors & Tickers Vol. 1 and anything else bought from this site. By buying, you agree to it.

What you can do

• Use the loops in your own music and sound work: film, TV, games, trailers, ads, podcasts, records, live shows, anything.
• Edit, chop, layer, process and mangle them however you like.
• Use them in commercial projects, worldwide, forever. It's royalty-free: no extra fees, no clearance, no credit required.
• Let your assistants or team members use them on your projects.

What you can't do

• Share, upload, give away or resell the loops themselves, as they are or modified, alone or as part of another sample pack, library, construction kit or sound collection.
• Use the loops to train AI or machine-learning models, or include them in datasets.
• Register the loops themselves (or tracks where a loop is the main element, unaltered) with Content ID or similar systems. Your finished compositions are yours to register.
• Transfer this license to someone else.

Ownership

The recordings stay mine. You're buying the right to use them, not the recordings themselves. Your music, of course, is yours.

If the rules are broken

If someone breaks this license, it ends for them, and I may take action to protect my work.

No warranty

The loops are provided as they are. I'll gladly fix any faulty files, but I'm not liable for how they're used beyond what the law requires.
